It was fantastic experience with 7C right from the beginning they booked the best hotel in the budget range and the driver cum guide Mr Muneer took care and guided well. If you are looking for a holiday in Kerala, go for 7C without any hesitation.

Overall good experience and package cost also is competitive.

Standouts:
1. Hotel vouchers were given immediately after booking
2. Min upfront payment, and full payment is asked only upon arrival
3. Driver & Vechile details were shared beforehand.
4. Very polite, punctual and helpful driver

Few Suggestions:
1. Hotel rooms were good, but location are too remote causing issues for quick commute and on food options (Thekkady room was 10km away from city)
2. For places like Eravikulam National Park, Thekkady it's better if you can book online tickets as it fills up fast and have to wait hours to get it offline. Also there are many fake web sites so tourists may go wrong.
3. Forcing Last day's journey for early completion just because travel agency had another new trip starting on same day. Even when the details were mutually agreed before payment.
