Special thanks to PAKEEZA mam my trip coordinator as well as mentor in overall trip. She is really awesome and cool! She guided us in overall trip and available on Watsapp and call whenever required. I must say excellent coordination and very nice and smooth journey we had with PAKEEZA MALIK. We got a very good deal on our Kashmir trip from PAKEEZA and I must say that the trip was organized very well. The only negative things is that driver was very un polite. But overall experience was wonderful. Thanks .

We booked our journey of Jammu & Kashmir travel and had fantastic trip. So far we booked almost everything with Al Hijaz international and they arrange everything for us and was very reasonable package we got. Driver was very polite and knowledge always heard us and do what ever we wanted. The hotels we asked for 4 star categories The service was exceptional as well The Room were clean,very comfortable,and the staff was amazing.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable..Would definately send a friend there.

We had taken Kashmir Trip from Al Hijaz. They organized it very well. The best experience was our services from Driver Syed Suhail. He was extremely helpful and ensured we had a great trip. The other driver Tanvir was slightly rude. Best stay was Gulmarg. We had some challenges however that was addressed

Driver was very good and very co-operative. We received very good service in our travel however we faced lots if issues in hotels, especially Gulmarg hotel Poshwan. Please be careful when you book hotels for your customers if there are basic services available or not only then book hotels. This is why we cut one star. Thank you.

I had booked Srinagar trip with Al Hijaz Internationals. At the very first instance, I was bit hesitant to book as, i searched in google and got their reference. But Ms.Pakeezah Malik was so wonderful and gave me confidence that they are genuine. I am totally overwhelmed by their arrangements. Their hotels at Mehtab Palace, Green Park (Gulmarg), Hotel fifth season (Pahalgam), HouseBoat was all great!!! Hats off to their driver who dropped us at the airport in the early morning of the winter from dal lake. I would only suggest that next time when the quote is given, please include a rough estimate of the sight seeing by car/pony. The tourist needs have liquid cash either by way of card or cash. Overall, their services was amazing!!!
