She has been excellent in giving me all info about the places, sightseeing, cost, food and many more. She was patient in listening to my queries, worked out on my tickets (even though I have booked my own flight tickets), accommodated last minute changes in hotels and customized the package as per my need. She had been in consistent touch with me throughout the package to make sure all going good and smooth.
Even after reaching there Mr. Arief managed the day to day operations very well. The hotels given were very good and overall package was very reasonable.
