Very well organized trip. The driver that took us around was very nice, and eager to show us around the sightseeing spots. He also adjusted the schedule according to our preferences. The accommodations provided were good, and the houseboat was a particularly serene experience. The travel between the different locations was long and exhausting, but it was worth it. Overall, my wife and I had a relaxing and enjoyable honeymoon. Highly recommended.

We booked a trip to Kerala for 5 nights with back2travel. Ms. Anshu from back2travel suggested & planned a wonderful trip for us. The stay at resorts & houseboats were excellent according to our budget. We enjoyed very comfortable & convenient trip with them. All the staffs at resorts, houseboat & the agency were very decent, humble & helpful. Specially our cab driver Mr Sajeev provided us the excellent services. Kerala is truly a paradise on earth! The lush green forests, serene beaches, and picturesque backwaters make it one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The local cuisine is simply amazing, and the people are warm and hospitable. I would highly recommend a trip to Kerala to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and unforgettable vacation. It was a wonderful experience in Diamonds Athuruga Maldives. White sands pristine beach and turquoise water. Mesmerizing ambience with white theme all around. And the sea plane experience was also unique, you get to see all the other islands from up above the sky. And booking experience with Back2travels was also seamless with time to time update regarding the trip.

All the hotel room were good... Travel agent Anshu was always there with us, from the day 1 of our trip planning of Kerala.. Cab driver Mahesh was too familiar with us... Overall it was a pleasant experience to travel with team Back2travels ... Highly recommended....

Awesome place and the Sun Island resort is too good to visit. Amazing coordination by Ms. Neetu and Mr. Ansh from Back2travels who were there right from resort selection, documentation, online form filling, ticket booking, everything was so professionally done and was hassle free. We really enjoyed the whole trip with both Beach villa and Water villa stay. Also, the resort staff was very humble specially Ms. Naahi Naushad, they also upgraded our Beach villa stay to new premises for two days stay there.

I had booked a 3 nights and 4 days couple trip to Kerala with the agency via Mr. Lalit and everything went smoothly. The locations have scenic aspects to it. We stayed at Munnar for two days, one day at Thekkady and the last day was at the boathouse in Alleppey. The driver they provided us with was a thorough gentleman named K.Thomas. The hotels that were booked for us were also quite good. Undoubtedly, if you have someone at Kerala or know someone there, your trip can get cheaper. However, considering the language barrier and newness of the place, booking your trip through the agency would be a better option. Moreover, you have to rely on the driver the most for all purpose, so the driver needs to be a good person like was in our case as he took us to certain good restuarants for local delicacies and certain beautiful places beyond the itenary.

The experience was totally awesome and couldn't have gone any better. We booked our trip to kerela with back2travels for 21.02.22 to 26.02.22. We only booked with them for the Cab Service and the Houseboat at Alleppey, the hotels at Munnar and Thekkady were booked by us but it was suggested by Mr. Ansh. Both the resorts were exceptional and classy. Their team heard us patiently and provided us a quote that soothes our need. Starting from the Cab, the driver (Mr. Jobi) to the houseboat, everything thing was clean and upto the mark. Throughout the journey we never faced any issues and never had to call their team regarding any problems. Keep up the great work, would definitely book again.
