We booked 6N-7D tour package for 02 couples in October 2023. During the trip, We had to face some issues, because our Gulmarg day was ruined due to mismanagement of operator. Apart from that Horse  and taxi people of Gulmarg and Sonamarg wasted our lot of precious time and demanded lot of money. Moreover, driver behaviour was not polite as it is expected in family trip. But, the beauty of Kashmir and cooperative behaviour of the Beach Front Tour executives made us to accomodate these hurdles. Pehalgam and Srinagar visit was very comfortable and we'll managed.

Poor services . Bad food services in hotel where we have stayed for 5 days in Sri nagar.  

It was a good experience.
The driver allocated to us was Arzan bhai, he helped us alot in exploring different places. Also, was very cooperative and warm on our entire journey. Kashmir was memorable with him. Would definitely recommend Zyra Beach front tours with Arzan bhai. He kept his car also very clean and drives very good. Keeping it short is a very decent individual.
Also, Zyra madam has helped us when ever I required any help and rate for car was quit reasonable.

We visited Kashmir on January 3rd, 2026 to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience with Beach Front Tour was truly memorable. Everything was well planned and smoothly managed from the start.
They assigned Sajjad as our driver, and he was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the local routes and places. He made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip and treated us more like family than clients.

On January 4th, we faced a very challenging situation in Gulmarg due to heavy snowfall and road blockage. Sajjad handled the situation calmly and responsibly. He went out of his way to help us get out safely and also arranged a hotel stay immediately, ensuring our comfort and safety despite the difficult conditions. His support during that time was truly commendable and gave us great peace of mind.
