The highlight of our trip was our guide, Mr. Indika Silva. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took incredible care of us. He was very flexible when we wanted to change plans on the fly and provided great historical context at every site. He truly went above and beyond by stopping at extra points of interest along the way.

One tip for travelers: We were provided with a Honda Fit station wagon. While it fit our luggage, the legroom was a bit tight for a week-long road trip. If you prefer more comfort, I’d suggest requesting a larger SUV.

Aside from the car size, everything was perfect. Highly recommend Beauty Lanka for anyone looking to experience this beautiful country!

A group of 7 of us just completed the 6 day tour trip around Sri Lanka with the amazing Thushitha. The tour was jam packed with so many different fun and informative options of activities to match everyone's preference and moods. Our tour guide made it so much fun he is such a laugh, cracking the best jokes throughout the whole trip and he made sure we felt so welcomed to Sri Lanka and even decorated the van out on my birthday with balloons and ribbons which made me feel super special. This tour is ideal for a first time visit as you will be exploring the highlights of Sri Lanka. Kanishka was very knowledgeable on the history of the places I visited. I was a solo traveller and he drove me for the entirety of the trip in a private car (over 1200kms) during this trip. Be prepared to move often as you will be spending a lot of time on the road and staying in different hotels almost every night. You will experience different climates in different cities from extreme heat, rain to pleasant misty cool weather in the hill country. If you would like to spend more time in one location, let your tour guide and company know as soon as you decide. They are flexible and willing to customise your itinerary based on your interests. I personally wanted to spend more time in Ella and they were able to arrange it. Overall, I would recommend this tour if you are interested in learning about the history, landscapes and culture of Sri Lanka. Just make sure to check the hotel reviews and details if you are picky about the accommodations as they can be underwhelming.

He drove us through places like Ella, Nuwara Eliya, and Sigiriya, and he came prepared with interesting facts and background on each city and its main monuments and attractions. He’s also extremely well connected, which meant he could always recommend useful, reliable contacts whenever we needed anything.

To top it all off, at the end of our travels Mr. Jaya gifted us a sweet collage of our trip together - something we will cherish forever. I wholeheartedly recommend Beauty Lanka Travels. Our guide, Janaka Prasanna, was exceptionally warm and attentive, always striving to adapt the itinerary to match our interests. He eagerly shared fascinating insights into Sri Lankan culture and provided engaging explanations of the sites we visited, which greatly enriched our journey.
The accommodations were on the simpler side, but travelers have the option to upgrade to a higher standard if desired. For us, the arrangements were perfectly adequate. Each morning began with a satisfying breakfast—typically featuring coffee, juice, eggs, sandwiches, and fresh fruit—ensuring we started the day energized and content.

Janaka also introduced us to several excellent local restaurants where we enjoyed truly delicious lunches and dinners. We will definitely miss the incredible food!
