Our recent trip to Japan with Pro Besten Tours was truly a wonderful experience, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team, Purvi Singh, Akash Wahi and Sonam Sharma for their constant support throughout the journey. From the planning stage to the final day of travel, everything was handled seamlessly, which made the trip extremely smooth and stress free for us. The daily updates and guidance from the support staff were especially helpful, allowing us to navigate new cities with confidence and ease. Knowing that assistance was always available made a big difference while travelling in a new country.

Japan itself was beautiful, efficient, and memorable in every way. The only challenge we experienced was trying to reach multiple destinations and complete several activities within a short timeframe. At times, the schedule felt slightly packed.

As a suggestion, spacing out activities a little more would allow travellers to slow down and truly soak in the beauty, culture, and atmosphere of each place rather than moving quickly from one experience to another.

Overall, it was an incredibly well organised trip and a memorable experience for us.

Universal Studios Japan was easily one of the biggest highlights of the trip, and the experience at TeamLab was absolutely fascinating and immersive. We also found our visit to Nara Park truly one of a kind, peaceful, memorable, and unlike any place we have visited before.

We had a great experience booking our Japan trip through Probesten tours . As two female travellers, safety and convenience were very important to us and they planned everything really well.

All the hotels were in safe locations and within walking distance from train stations and facilities like 7/11, FamilyMart etc. nearby. The trip was also customized based on our preferences.
They shared the next day’s travel details and vouchers in advance and stayed in touch with daily follow-ups. We also had a WhatsApp group with their team — Shivam, Akash and Sonam, along with our parents, which kept everyone updated and made our parents feel reassured as well. Overall, a very smooth and well-managed experience.I would highly recommend!
