After we decided to go on a Bhutan trip, we were looking for a tour operator who would plan a trip according to our convenience and our preferences and which would also be at a reasonable price. While searching on the internet, we came across a company called Bhutan Rental and Travel. We had no prior experience with this company, so first of all we contacted them and got the numbers of people who had traveled to Bhutan through them and talked to them. Till we reached Bhut and the trip started, we were a little nervous, but as the days passed, our faith in the company grew stronger, as this company and its people were very punctual and hospitable. The two heads of the company, Sameer and Pema, took great care not to cause any trouble and we could feel it step by step. I was provided with a great taxi rental service for my travel. Our guide, Mr. Namgey and driver, Mr. Chogley were super friendly, always punctual, respectful and made every effort for us to have a wonderful time.
We were a group of 8, including seniors and kids and everyone left the country with a full heart all thanks to the guide for exemplary communication, guidance and the driver for his amazing driving skills in hilly terrains. They even helped find a great solution for my mother who was finding it difficult to climb into the vehicle due to her knee issue.
