We had booked 8N/9D trip to Sikkim gangtok - lachen-lachung-pelling-Darjling . Overall trip was great. There were few minor things regarding hotels which was handled very well by Karuna. Overall we did not have any hassles and it was great trip . Nicely organised itenerry well behaved driver and great response from Karuna for our needs. Thanks Bina travels for this memorable trip.

The best thing about the people at Bina Travels specially KARUNA MAM is that they are really nice people and genuinely want your trip to be adventurous yet safe. We really felt safe travelling through out Sikkim. Nathula pass was awesome. Nimchi yet another surprise. Lachen was the Center of attraction. They accomodated completely according to our needs and our timings. I don't think our trip would have been as good if it weren't for them. It was magical and highly recommend

I completed a recent trip to Gangtok and North Sikkim and Bina travels helped with the itinerary and cabs. Thanks to both Suman and Karuna who was very helpful in all aspects. The drivers and cabs were good. The drive through snowy mountains was a great experience. Sikkim is a beautiful place and I will look forward to visiting again to cover places I missed this time.

Initially, I was a little bit suspicious and was going ahead with MakeMyTrip, I thought for a moment and made a call to karuna ji, she cleared all my doubts and modified itineraries as per my plan. Throughout the journey, she was always available when needed and did her best to resolve things. There were some minor hiccups while doing check-in in One of Darjeeling's hotels and after her intervention, they shifted us to another room, Apart from this all things were done as mentioned in the itineraries. The cabs were clean and the drivers were good and helpful. Those who are planning to visit Sikkim, go ahead with Bina's travels. They are experienced, always happy to help and will not bother you again-2 for payment. Tips for travelers: Prefer heater cabs if you are traveling in winter, especially for lachen and lachung.
