Excellent management and service. Though I discussed on wapp calls and booked online, their services were like up to the mark and deliver you the best price as compared to market. Thanks to Alka for best arrangement. Some pointers would like to highlight that blue mountains should also consider drivers feedback and understand the current on ground road conditions to update their customers.

Services provided by Blue Mountains Tour and Travels were superb during our visit to Sikkim Gangtok , Pelling and Darjeeling. Alka ji prepare the itinerary for us which was very good and covering all the possible places with in provided time. No where I have to follow up with them, everything in detail they explained us in advance and always our taxi reached us on time, good hotels were booked including BF and Dinner. Hotel qualities were good, although you can ask for hotels as per your choice also from them.
Alka ji always keeps customer at top priority and always reachable on phone. Very soft spoken and understand the need and requirements of tourist. With their help and well planning we were able to make our Sikkim trip memorable. Our trip dates was 22 May 2025 to 30 May 2025
