We had an awesome and memorable experience through our 5 days tour on kashmir. We went to gulmarg,pahalgam and dhudhpathri .our hotels category in srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and anarkali houseboat at dal lake is very very good . Hyka was handling our package she is very cooperative at very moment. Mehraj our driver was really nice in showing all the locations and had a good skill of driving . We took 5N and 6D kashmir - Amarnath yatra trip from charzan travels. Hayka was our travel coordinator. As our group was mostly of senior citizens, She was very supportive, prompt in answering all our queries and ensured we had a hassle free trip. Our driver for the trip Ashu also was very cooperative and guided us well through the whole trip. He was quite patient and took great care of all senior Visitors. We visited Amarnath through Sonmarg, srinagar, pahalgam and doodhpatri. Hayka and team helped us with booking of helicopter tickets from Nilgarth to panchtarni too. Charzhan being local travel partners could guide us well with customised itinerary as per our needs. They also took feedback positively and paid personal attention. We took a 6 night 7 night from charzan holidays .The tour started from Jammu with our driver Vinay who took a great care of us . Our houseboat was jewel of Kashmir , new clasic resort Srinagar, regency in pahalgam and Marina in tanmarg. Excellent service from all the hotel. As he is a local to Srinagar, he knows all the best routes to save time and cover all the destinations at the same time. He also knows all the ber places to relish the great cuisine that Kashmir offers. I would now say i have a good friend in Kashmir, hope to meet him again on my next trip to Kashmir.
