Praveen Kumar of DB Tours was our tour operator for our Dubai-Abu Dhabi trip. This was a one year in the making trip and Praveen patiently answered all our questions within those months leading up to our trip.

He gave us a good deal in our land arrangements, which include entrance tickets, private driver cum guide, and hotel deal with breakfast. He made sure he was within reach all the time. He updates us daily on pick up times and driver details. He accommodated us when we requested for private dune bashing ride instead of the original sharing ride.

Honestly, we were a little hesitant paying in advance for our trip but Praveen proved to be trustworthy. He readily refunded our payment when a better option came up, which was to pay under Rayna Tour, saving us a bit for service fee. He also speedily processed my evisa in 2 to 3 days even without advance payment which I appreciated because of time constraint.
