Riyaz has been following up through out the tour to make sure everything is going as per plan comfortably .Our guide, Zahed Rasool, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture, making every stop feel truly immersive. The itinerary was well-paced, balancing iconic landmarks with hidden gems, and the local food experiences were a highlight. Accommodation was extremely comfortable and food was very delicious. Had an amazing experience with Denizen Holidays. Starting from the package discussion till the departure, we were guided very well by Mr Riyaz and our driver Mr Zahid.
The whole itenary was very well planned. Hotels suggested were also good with good location and good food. Cab was very neat and clean with very good fragrance. Mr Riyaz kept a check on us everyday if we are OK and how is our trip going on.
Our Driver Mr Zahid, was not only our driver but also guided us about the places throughout the trip. He also helped us in negotiating in places like Gulmarg, sonamarg etc.
