I had the most pleasant experience with Eiffel Tour's Zahid Ali during my recent 12 day trip to Kashmir; I had done all the planning and booking through them much in advance and he got me a really good deal at all hotels at Srinagar and Pahalgam and also quoted very reasonable package rates to tour Gulmarg, Doodhpatri,  local sightseeing spots of interest around Srinagar as well as at Pahalgam; he was also very knowledgeable about shops and restaurants everywhere where one could buy dry fruits,  saffron, shawls, mufflers and such Kashmiri articles and souvenirs,  as well as excellent vegetarian restaurants for me and my friends to eat while touring; Zahid was very professional,  prompt and served with a smile; I highly recommend him and Eiffel Tours for travel arrangements at J& K at all locations as well as at Leh Ladakh, Jammu etc

He advised us many times to avoid scams and pitfalls during the tour. Also during our chat he shared so many stories, facts about Kashmir which made our journey more meaningful.
