I got directly call from EMEC Holidays for Kashmir trip & I accepted & very much obelized with there services.

1. One of the unprofessional travel agents calls EMEC holidays.
2. The owner of EMEC holidays Mr. Ibrahim Shafi Wani's behaviour is too rude, he doesn't know how to interact with customers.
3. Every day we need to follow up with hotel booking, car arrangements etc rather we get confirmation from them when we release advance.
4. Lack of communication gaps between hotel management, car driver with this EMEC agent, resulting in the loss of our precious time during our vacation.
5. The drivers are so rude every time and during our entire stay both the drivers continue using their Mobile phone during our ride which is so risky and irritating.

Request please do not suggest such kind of agent (EMEC holidays) for any customers in future.

Our trip to Kashmir was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by EMEC Holiday. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the team went above and beyond to make our vacation smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

A special thanks to Mrs. Ishrat Fayaz, who was assigned to us—her polite and supportive nature made us feel at ease throughout. She was always available whenever we needed assistance, no matter the time.

Our driver, Mr. Bashir Ahmed, lovingly called Dada, was more than just a driver—he was our guide, our local expert, and our friend. His guidance helped us avoid unnecessary expenses and ensured we experienced the best of Kashmir.

We’d also like to thank Mr. Khurshid from the operations team, who was always active and attentive to every little detail.

Beyond the EMEC team, the people of Kashmir won our hearts. From the shikara walas, property staff, and pony ride organizers to every local we interacted with—their warm hospitality (mehman nawazi) left a lasting impression.

Recently we had been to Kashmir trip from 26th dec 2024 to 3rd jan 2025 with the help of EMEC HOLIDAYS.They have arranged all the facilities(hotels, cars etc ) as per itinerary and they have provided Hotel rooms and vehicles as per the itinerary. Our tour guide Mr. Burhan always took care of us and he was so punctual and well mannered .Arrangements are very good and we enjoyed very well. Tour was well organized and ran smoothly.

Overall hotel and transportation arrangements were outstanding and our MBP package included breakfast and dinner. We have no complaints regarding food and wherever we stayed we got home-like food. The agency took such good care of us that we did not feel that we had come somewhere outside. They helped us whenever we needed help and they set our entire program even before we asked for it and all the places worth visiting were already decided for us.
The drivers on both the routes were very nice and supportive. They treated us like a family member and helped us wherever we needed their help.
For all of you who want to tour Kashmir and Ladakh, I would recommend this travel agency. You should also avail their services and enjoy with your family as much as we did.
