Like any ordinary to-be-married couple, we planned our honeymoon trip to Bali months before our wedding with Epicurean Travels. Being travel lovers, with very detailed research and sleepless nights, we booked and planned every spot and villa with the travel agency. Can't exactly define the number of calls and messages we exchanged with our travel agent Mayank. We used to exhaust him like hell and he would have canceled all the things or can transfer our booking with any other agent but we really appreciate the patience and time he invested with us and never resist taking our tantrums.

Finally, after our marriage, when the trip was almost at its peak to get started, the pandemic knocked all over the world and when we were supposed to catch the flight on 23rd March, the LOCKDOWN was announced on 24th March in India.

When some travel agencies pull off their hands, Mayank from Epicurean Travels fully supported us and helped to make the bookings safe till the pandemic ends. From the refunds from international & domestic airlines, he truly helped out and guided well till it get resolved.

Finally when the pandemic effect declined, after 2 years we finally give the thought to redeem our trip. When it happened we were again exhausted with the itinerary as there was a difference in the land and air packages. But we knew Mayank got his back and with again lots of discussion, emails, and changes in itinerary, we made it to the trip.

With no second thoughts, we appreciate & recommend Mayank and Epicurean Travels  for their hard work, patience, and very well-equipped planning. The timings of the traveling from venue to venue, pickup-n-drop, check-in-to-checkout from villas, everything was well planned & executed.

We really don't need to call back anybody from Bali to India for any grievance or inconvenience. During the 10 days of the trip, we never felt any moment to point out if this something should not be there or waste of money. We got full support and the best hospitality from the team.
