Exotic Yatra: A Magical Journey to Bhutan
We recently had the opportunity to travel to Bhutan with Exotic Yatra, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget.
Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder dragon, exceeded all expectations with its breathtaking landscapes and profound sense of peace.
The booking process was smooth and straightforward. The team at Exotic Yatra was incredibly responsive and offered personalised suggestions based on our group interests. They answered all our questions about the trip and provided a detailed itinerary that made us feel confident about the adventure ahead.
As Indians, we have to provide our voter ID only for identity purpose. No passport required.
We were a group of 3 families and all three families arrived at Baghdogra - India at different times. Our tour contact Ms Sheetal was waiting outside the airport from the time the first family arrived to receive us in the traditional way
We had opted for 4-5 star hotels. All our hotels were top notch. Out of the four hotels, two of them were resorts. We enjoyed the stays in these resorts and hotels.
We had breakfast and dinner from the hotel that we stayed & enjoyed the same. We had to have only lunch from outside which was not included in the package.
The entire team at Exotic Yatra, from the guides to the drivers, were professional and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. Our guide Ms Karma is very sincere & a lovable lady and we had enjoyed her assistance throughout our trip
But we didn’t enjoy the vehicle in which we had to travel. If we had a tall roof vehicle, where we could stand in between during the long journey, our trip would have been the best without any problem. As we are little older people, the travel in the Toyota hiace was not at all comfortable.
Paro: As we couldn’t trek the tigers monastery, we went to see chelela pass. The view of the snow clapped mountains was breadth taking.
Thimphu: The capital city was a beautiful blend of traditional Bhutani architecture and modern development. We visited the Buddha Dordenma, the National Memorial Chorten, and explored the vibrant markets. The local food and culture were a highlight here.
Punakha: The Punakha Dzong, located at the confluence of the Pho and Mo rivers, is a stunning piece of architecture, and it was fantastic to see the peaceful and serene atmosphere that surrounds it.
This Bhutan tour with Exotic Yatra was a truly memorable experience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to showcasing the beauty of Bhutan made the trip feel unique and special. Whether you are looking for cultural immersion, breathtaking nature, or just a peaceful retreat, Bhutan is the perfect destination, and Exotica Tours is an excellent choice to help you experience it all.
IF ANYONE WISH TO VISIT BHUTAN, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXOTIC YATRA!!
