We planned our trip through Umar & Explorers United. The experience was quite good. The driver provided was decent & he really delivered what he committed with respect to hotels & travels. I would definitely recommend to use his services.

Went to Srinagar with a group of my college friends and booked everything through Explorers United. They handled our stay, transport, and activities really well—everything was smooth and on time. The team was chill, helpful, and made sure we had a good time without any stress. We had a blast exploring the place and just enjoying the trip. Definitely recommend them if you’re planning a group trip to Kashmir!

Having a trip planned with Umar and Explorers United was totally worthwhile. He helped us in every manner being it planning a trip or planning commute to Srinagar from Udhampur - he resolved and helped in each and every case. I interacted with many agents (including even some known ones) but none could assist like Umar. During whole trip, he was constantly in touch with us to prevent any sort of inconvenience to us. Additionally, his staff was also amazing - our driver - Yawar - was very cooperative, polite and helpful. He wouldn't refuse even a small request of ours - as small as us asking him to take Moonlight bakery to try Walnut fudge, taking us to buy gifts for our family members, etc. Thr stays and their staffs were also amazing - Hotel Zaman in Srinagar, Hotel Indus in Pahalgam - I enjoyed their hospitality a lot.

Overall, I would say - my Kashmir trip was successful only bcoz of Umar, Explorers United and team. A big shout-out to all of them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to them.

P.S. I would personally suggest you to skip Houseboat stay (which Umar suggested me, but I ignored) coz houseboats are not worth the hype.
