I recently booked a Rajasthan trip for my parents through FarePayer. Setting aside the initial impressions, I genuinely appreciate the effort the team put into ensuring my parents had the experience they were hoping for. The overall trip was well-organized, and it was clear that FairPair tried their best to deliver a satisfying travel experience.

However, one aspect that stood out as a concern was the cab driver assigned for the trip. His behaviour was not very professional — even on the last day, he took my parents to shops purely for his own commission, which wasted their time and didn’t align with the itinerary. This part of the service definitely needs improvement.

That said, the company itself was responsive, supportive, and consistently tried to make sure my parents were comfortable. Their dedication is appreciated, and that’s what truly matters.

With better monitoring of third-party service providers like drivers, FarePayer can easily turn a good experience into an exceptional one.
