The arrangements throughout the trip were smooth and well-coordinated. The team was very cooperative, easily reachable, and friendly at every location, which made the entire journey stress-free and comfortable.

The only small concern was regarding the complimentary snorkeling and jet ski activities included in the package. These were more introductory in nature — snorkeling was limited and did not include proper reef areas, and the jet ski ride was just one short round. It would be great if this could be made clearer in advance or enhanced for a better experience.

Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Thank you!

Our Bali tour was very well planned by and everything went very smoothly. All the things that we requested were very well incorporated in our itinerary by Ms Taruna Gupta. Driver was very kind and we were able to cover everything that was planned. Overall there were no issues. One note for travelers is that if you add too many things in Bali tour, it will be covered but you'll get very less time at one place as places are far apart.

Well managed. Properly designed. Nice location chosen for stay in Phuket. Logistics  were good and well managed. Cars provided were luxary cars.
We visited Phuket and Krabi in Thailand. In Krabi, we visited 4 Island tour in Long Tail boat with Lunch and Fruits. We also visited Phi Phi Island tour from Phuket in speed boat and Phuket city tour with Tiger Kingdom in private car.
Staffs are supportive and good behaviour

Our Malaysia trip went off very well. The arrangements made by Felix Feria and the local agents were excellent. The hotels were nice and the car drivers were very professional.
