We were hospitalized in Leh, and the team at Flex Travels was extremely understanding and helpful in rescheduling our stays and managing all the changes smoothly. They were always prompt in responding and resolving issues, which gave us a lot of comfort during a difficult time.

The cab services arranged by them were also excellent. A special mention to our driver, who was incredibly caring, patient, and supportive throughout the trip. Since we were unwell, he made sure all our needs and requirements on the road were taken care of and helped us travel comfortably and safely.

The arrangements throughout the trip were smooth and well-coordinated. The team was very cooperative, easily reachable, and friendly at every location, which made the entire journey stress-free and comfortable.

The only small concern was regarding the complimentary snorkeling and jet ski activities included in the package. These were more introductory in nature — snorkeling was limited and did not include proper reef areas, and the jet ski ride was just one short round. It would be great if this could be made clearer in advance or enhanced for a better experience.

Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Thank you!
