His warmth and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind from start to finish. Every moment of the itinerary was beautifully planned. From our very first evening on the **Houseboat at Dal Lake** with the peaceful **Shikara ride** and stunning sunset views, to exploring the iconic **Mughal Gardens** — Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Cheshma Shahi — and the serene **Shankaracharya Temple** and **Hazratbal Shrine**, every day was special.

The day trips to **Sonmarg** (the breathtaking Thajiwas Glacier and Sindh River), the peaceful **Doodhpathri** meadows, and lush **Pahalgam** with Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari were absolute highlights. The drive through the saffron fields of Pampore and the **Gulmarg** excursion through pine forests and apple orchards completed our perfect Kashmir tale.

I must also mention the **wonderful staff at the hotel and the houseboat** — every single person was courteous, friendly, and attentive, making us feel completely at home throughout our stay.
