We had booked our Kashmir trip through Fix my date who are locals residing in Kashmir helping people plan their trip for Kashmir through their own first hand experiences. We were a group of 20 people including senior citizens, kids and youngsters. All our requirements were taken care of by fix my date team. We were mostly attended by Ishrat from their team. We had many questions and Ishrat was always available to help us before and also during our trip. She guided us regarding the current weather conditions and also the type of clothes that we should carry for children and seniors specially. We enjoyed our stay in all the hotels and also enjoyed the meals. The staff at all the hotels were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were fulfilled. The team kept checking on us whenever we were changing hotels or travelling. They suggested us the best places to travel and we enjoyed every bit of our trip. We travelled by Urbania which was very well maintained and the driver Mukhtar bhai was very well versed with the roads and helped us bargain for union cabs and horses. Mukhtar bhai was always there at the venue before time and was very professional in his work. He even drived till late hours on our requests. Fix my date team went out of their way and came to meet us specially on last day of our trip in Srinagar. Ishrat kept checking on us even when we were travelling back home. Kashmir is a heaven on earth and there is absolutely no threat in visiting this beautiful place. In fact the people there are much more humble and friendly than in other places.
