I had booked Delhi to Jaipur travel & had mixed experience. What I liked: 1) Polite management 2)Punctual car pickup even at early morning hours 3) Good driving skills 4) Good customer support even after the end of trip 5) Clean car What could have been better: 1) Actual offered Prices per km is much more than mentioned on website i.e website isn't updated. 2)Unfriendly & over-professional driver 3)We were provided with driver who declared no experience of travelling within jaipur city, he dropped us too far from city palace without proper assistance. Also, he didn't know that the car could go till Amer fort & parked much before the fort entry without letting us know the alternatives. We were expecting a much more better experience here as travel company claims that they operate regularly in this route, so was expecting drivers who can help us save time. 4) Driver didn't follow proper CNG queue lines twice during trip

I travelled along with my family including kids.. we had very safe and comfortable trip for Rajasthan and Vridhvan.. Service was Good ! Excellent support team.. Driver Manish bhai was very friendly and polite.! Highly Recommended .

Our Manali Trip was for 5 night 6 days and this team provided Vehicle and cottage to us. I'll start with cottage, cottage was very good, the way we wanted with the balcony view of Mountains. Food, cleanliness and service by staff was also good. Room charges included breakfast and dinner. As per the plan we were suppose to reach Manali at 7.00 in the morning and this was all communicated well in advance to the team, but due to less traffic and our flight reschedule we reach early at 5 in the morning. Chill weather of Manali and cottage said to us check in time is 11.00 and we won't be able to provide you the room. On request Cottage provided us one different room for 4 of us to settle ourselves till we get our room. Though cottage mentioned 11.00 is check in time, we got our original room at 1.00pm after various follow up. Now comes 31st Dec night, where I asked the team to arrange bonfire on 31st night before start of the trip. When we asked cottage they said there won't be any bonfire. I was in call with cottage and sales team from morning to evening to arrange bonfire for us. Still I was not sure till 7.00 pm if bonfire is happening. We got confirmation at 8.00 pm and it was arranged instantly, but there is a catch bonfire was arranged for 2 hr... and it ended by 10.00 pm. Then we went to our room listened music, danced till 12.30, that's how we welcomed 2022. There has been a big communication gap between team committing to us and the team we are dealing with, that was the main cause of irritation in this trip. Now the vehicle, Vehicle condition was good, we had comfortable ride through out our trip. Driver drove us all night from Chandigarh to Manali and we really appreciate and is grateful. But he was very adamant at Manali, we had to sometimes convince him that we want to visit this place. Overall trip was good as we could manage to enjoy despite all these issues. Team is good to arrange things but they need to improve alot specially on coordination part.

We had made our itinerary with Gaurisha Travel for Delhi -Manali -Shimla-Delhi trip for 5 days. They provided us driver and cab as per our requirements. Driver Ateesh Kumar is a very experienced, polite and knowledgable driver. He helped us manage our time the best way possible and cover as many sites as possible. The experience with Rajputana Cabs was really nice. The driver was nice and co-operative throughout our entire 15 days tour. The service and timely checks from Dinesh from Rajputana Cab was also really good.
