We recently completed our Do Dham Yatra with Navin, and overall it was a very well-organized and memorable experience. We would like to thank him for managing the trip smoothly despite the changing weather and challenging conditions in the mountains.
On the first day, due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not get down at Sonprayag as originally planned and had to stay at Guptkashi instead. Navin handled the situation efficiently and ensured that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of.
The stay at Lee Meadows in Pipalkoti was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and among the best accommodations we had during the trip.
Considering the conditions and limitations in Kedarnath, the room arrangements were decent and satisfactory. The only suggestion would be regarding the additional bed charges, which felt a little on the higher side and could perhaps be more reasonable.
At Kedar Valley Resort in Guptkashi, our first stay was average, but during our second stay, we were given a room on the lower level with a beautiful mountain view and proper windows, which significantly enhanced our experience. There were a few minor issues with the water heater, but nothing that affected our stay too much.
The rooms in Badrinath were comfortable and well-maintained. While the photos uploaded online appeared slightly better than the actual rooms, the stay was still pleasant. One area for improvement would be the water heater, as it took quite a long time for hot water to reach the bathroom.
A small common issue we noticed in some hotels, especially in Rudraprayag, was the lack of convenient and properly functioning charging points for mobile phones. Improving this would make the stay more comfortable for travellers.
Overall, we appreciate Navin’s efforts, coordination, and support throughout the journey. Managing a pilgrimage trip in the Himalayas comes with many challenges, and he did a commendable job ensuring that the group had a safe and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend travelling with him and wish him all the best for future trips.
