iam from Lucknow and honestly, my experience with Global Gateways was truly yaadgar. We booked a couple honeymoon package for Kullu–Manali, and even though it was a basic package, everything turned out far better than expected.

Right from the beginning, the team explained everything very clearly. There was no confusion at all. And the best part is, after requesting, they upgraded us to a better hotel without any hassle. The Volvo journey was smooth and the seats were completely comfortable.

After reaching Manali, things became even better. The driver was very friendly, the car was neat and clean, and the food provided was genuinely good — which is honestly rare during trips. Everything felt well-arranged and stress-free.

What touched me the most was their support. No matter what time we called or messaged, they always replied — day or night, hamesha available. There was absolutely no situation of asking for extra money or unnecessary charges, which really shows how genuine they are.

We booked our Udaipur family holiday with Global Gateways and honestly the experiance was very nice. Right from starting they guided us properly, made a proper itenary as per our preference and comfort. They even managed birthday celebration also which was really thoughtful and special for us. Everything was customized keeping in mind we are travelling as a family.

One of my friend cancelled after booking, but they handled it so smoothly. Flight was cancelled and refund was given instantly without any issue. Before travel they called us and guided everything in detail, like what to carry, what to expect. On the last day they even added extra sightseeing without charging anything, which was really sweet gesture.

Hotel was very good with pool, neat rooms and facilities. The cab driver was polite and always on time, never had to wait. We enjoyed our trip with full comfort and no stress. Sadly due to medical emergency at home we had to return 1 day earlier. I called Mr. Akash early in the morning and he quickly cancelled our flight, booked Volvo tickets for same evening and arranged driver coordination also. On top of that he even requested hotel to provide us packed food for the journey. It really felt like family support, not like a normal travel agency.

Rates are also very nice compared to other platforms. I checked with MMT, Jatra and Agoda, but found Global Gateways better in price and service. Most imp thing is they are always available on one call, anytime of the day. Such personal touch and support makes big difference.
