We booked our Udaipur family holiday with Global Gateways and honestly the experiance was very nice. Right from starting they guided us properly, made a proper itenary as per our preference and comfort. They even managed birthday celebration also which was really thoughtful and special for us. Everything was customized keeping in mind we are travelling as a family.

One of my friend cancelled after booking, but they handled it so smoothly. Flight was cancelled and refund was given instantly without any issue. Before travel they called us and guided everything in detail, like what to carry, what to expect. On the last day they even added extra sightseeing without charging anything, which was really sweet gesture.

Hotel was very good with pool, neat rooms and facilities. The cab driver was polite and always on time, never had to wait. We enjoyed our trip with full comfort and no stress. Sadly due to medical emergency at home we had to return 1 day earlier. I called Mr. Akash early in the morning and he quickly cancelled our flight, booked Volvo tickets for same evening and arranged driver coordination also. On top of that he even requested hotel to provide us packed food for the journey. It really felt like family support, not like a normal travel agency.

Rates are also very nice compared to other platforms. I checked with MMT, Jatra and Agoda, but found Global Gateways better in price and service. Most imp thing is they are always available on one call, anytime of the day. Such personal touch and support makes big difference.

And what made the trip even more special was our driver bhaiya — such a friendly and polite person. Always on time, always ready to help, and even suggested local places we didn’t know about. His good nature and care made us feel completely safe and at ease throughout the journey. 🙌

Now coming to the food experience — just mouth-watering! 😋 Every meal was like a treat! The menu kept changing with delicious Goan, North Indian, and even kid-friendly options. Everyone in our group — from elders to children — enjoyed every bite. No one missed home food at all!

This trip was extra special because we were travelling as a full family — parents, kids, and us — and sab ne dil se enjoy kiya. There was laughter, bonding, and so many sweet memories created together. ❤️
