I highly recommend Global Trip Holidays Pvt. Ltd. They were incredibly helpful in planning our trip to Manali Kullu & Shimla ex Delhi. Specially thanks to Ms. Dimple, was responsive, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. The itinerary was well-planned, and the choice of hotels are well maintained and we had a fantastic time!! Also thanks to Chauffeur Mr. Gurman ji (Manali) and Mr. Rajiv (Shimla).

First of all, I Thank global trip Holidays private limited , Tanu and Luv sing Thakur for organising such a memorable Trip to Manali.
They have made perfect arrangements and Tanu mam was taking feedback every day.Also, They have quickly implement our suggestion like change in car type, food quality and variety at hotel.
Booked Cab was clean and comfortable. Cab driver was friendly. Hotel service was good and room had wonderful view.
Some suggestions i have given them are as below
1) Don't change hotel after confirmation and check hotel availability at prior stage.
2)There is Bhuntar Airport , which is @ 50 km away from manali . I asked to arrange trip from that airport insted of Delhi , which save two days  and overnight traveling in bus. its also save money by avoiding volvo bus traveling from Delhi to Manali.
3)  During return trip from Manali to Delhi
Volvo Bus was assigned but it wasn't a 9600 Volvo. Our seat was just behind the driver and there is no barrier between driver cabin and passanger cabin so we weren't able to complete our sleep due to horn noise and direct headlight from bus coming from apposite side.
4) I also suggest them to arrange return bus time according to flight time at delhi as we reached delhi almost 7 hours prior to flight.
5) one more suggestion is at last day hotel check out time was 11 am and our bus time was 6 PM (7 hr gap) so they should manage with hotel for extended time.(Include charges in package) As we have paid hodel Extra money to stay back till bus time.
Finally we look forward more trip like Shimla, Kashmir and abroad with them.

I would like to share my experience with Global Trip Holidays, especially our tour coordinator Miss.Tanu thakur. She was very professional and very responsive through phone. She took care of us from start to till end. Also would like to thankful to our driver Mr.Devendra Gurung (Bobby), he was excellent. He was very helpful and friendly. We are all very much satisfied with the given service.
