Overall good experience. Everything was good except for houseboat experience, which was not upto the mark. Both the drivers(Sameer and Tahsif) allocated to us were very good, soft spoken and guided us well throughout.

The entire trip was well planned, comfortable and extremely enjoyable. High Rank tours had arranged everything from house boat experience to hotel stays and travel by private car. We had visits to Srinagar, Pahalgum, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Dood pathri.

She was always available on call to handle queries, make timely changes to our plan if needed any. Burhan has taken care of our commute, right from airport pick up to hotel drops, city tour and sight seeing. He made it a wonderful experience. He has also helped us with restaurant recommendations and shopping sites. Had a good experience, the trip was organised well , the house boat stay was good.The hotel stays could be better. The cab driver Burhan was very soft spoken and helpful.
