Our family traveled to Turkey during the 2022 winter holidays and the trip was wonderful! Shayne helped set up all details and everything worked like clockwork. Airfare from multiple cities, transfers, multiple hotel rooms, visa protocols - everything was coordinated. When we had issues with the hotel and breakfast in Istanbul, Shayne was quick to respond to our needs. With two elderly parents we were apprehensive about the trip but Shayne set up multiple coordination points to help us navigate in case we had any issues or queries. Absolutely loved our Cave Hotel at Cappadocia and the beach side hotel in Kusadasi. The staff there and the tour guides on our excursions were all friendly and helpful. One of the most reassuring things about the trip was having Shayne to fall back on in case we needed anything. Now we have lifetime memories of our time together. I look forward to planning another adventure with them soon!
