The trip was awesome. Specifically thanks to Diksha ma'am. She is very responding and arranged everything whatever she was told by us. I am rating 4 out of 5 because there was some hotels problem. Hotel name is Elina Aastha Regency. Problems like hot water, electricity etc. Food was good. And about staff are very polite and quick responders except receptionist named Himanshu. He was continuously asked about remaining amount as we already told him that we will pay you in the morning. And drivers was in so hurry. As per the trip there was lots of place mentioned. But there is some places we wasn't went through. Because of drivers told us about traffic and that place was not included in package and all. I will planing new trip to Kerala and I can go with Himalayan Grace if they will fixed this things. Thank you so much again to Disha ma'am and Ambika Ma'am for the trip. This was very awesome and memorable in my life.

From the date of booking,up to the return home their support, followup and tracking the customers is un believable , the guy called Mr.Aman Mehta is treating his guests as his family member..amazing experiance..even I booked from Kerala he has arranged the cheapest flights ...also the driver Mr.Ganesh yadav he is down to earth person with so much experience in driving...( He was with us for the continuous 5 days with us ) un forgettable experiance ...thank u, also Mr Aman available on phone at any time , even midnight !!!!

I booked my Shimla/Manali/Dharmshala trip with Himalayan Grace & I made no mistake by choosing them as this whole trip was a very wonderful & joyful experience for us. Mr. Aman was very helpful & quick responding from inception to execution of this trip. Also our driver Mr. Kamal was very good, trained & understanding person, who went out of ways to make our journey more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them if you are planning any trip.

I had booked trip for Shimla-Manali in the month of Nov-Dec 2021 with the help of Ankita Verma. She arranged all the process and helped a lot throughly during entire trip. Hotel in Manali was supper with Awasome Snowy Himalayan views. I would definately recommand to everyone that you must and should take package from Himalayan Grace. Travel Agency and Arrangement from them side is very satisfactory even during trip days also.
