I would like to share my feedback regarding my trip to Shimla, Manali and Srinagar. This is my first booking with Holidaymachine. Mr. Rahul was our coordinator who offered us a good package and he's very cooperative, efficient and having good experience about the locations. One of the best services i have came accross. This was my second international trip with Holiday Machine and was fully satisfied with their arrangements and plans. Best part was the response time - even if you message them late night or midnight their response was within couple of minutes. Team Holiday machine has good experience of the terrain of Spiti valley and tour around. Very well managed itinerary, so we could enjoy maximum time in Spiti valley. Hotel accommodation and food there was excellent. Small suggestion if can be incorporated, some change in 1st day itinerary which becomes bit hectic and troublesome to few. So may try that ride is completed before or till 3-4 pm daily and should not be stretched till dark night. Fix up daily starting time in itinerary and follow it strictly & those who don't follow penalize them as in foreign tours. But overall very enjoyable trip. It was a new adventure experience for us and the experience was made lot comfortable by Holiday machine I would say. After 6 months of marriage I thought this is the time for a bike trip with my wife kavya so booked a couple ride in holiday machine spiti safari as I found Priyanka so convincing and found the itinerary a best fit. Am very happy for the best conditioned ride provided (RE Himalayan) and the stays: tents and hotels were comfortable even with the best views from gallery/ windows. Rahul has the skills for arrangements , even our groups sudden demands for entertainment and etc were given to us by his efforts. Over all we had a wonderful time meeting beautifull people, having best company of Co bike riders, enjoyed the marvelous spiti safari by Holiday machine.
