I had planned north Sikkim trip with holiday planners in may 2022. Their approach was very professional from the start. Mr Sandip Pradhan was very cordial and ms arjoo rai planned our trip very well. Special mention to Mr Yogen who arranged our transport, the car and driver was very good … we felt very safe and comfortable. The accommodations provided in Gangtok were good , but the hotel in lachen ( lachen paradise) was not up to the mark. I would have been happy if they had given us other options in lachen . "The Holiday Planners", a travel agency had made an arrangement for 6 night 7 days package tour to Leh-Ladakh for four of us. The trip was completely seamless. We were received and dropped as scheduled at every point through the trip. The car types were as promised and the drivers really professional at all times. Various arrangement made by Holiday Planners for our Bhutan Tour were superb. The choice of Hotels at Phuentsoling, Thimphu and Paro were excellent. The arrangement in terms of accommodation, transport, food, timely pickup from the tourist places are excellent. In short the day one to pick up from airport and back to airport after the completion of our tour is taken care and so to say not a single lapse of error has noticed.
