I actually came across HolidaysCrowd through an Instagram ad, and to be honest, I wasn’t sure if it was even a real travel company at first. But I decided to give it a try — and I’m so glad I did!

Ritik from HolidaysCrowd was super helpful right from the beginning. He spent time understanding our needs, patiently customized the itinerary multiple times, and shared all the details we needed for our Bali family trip. Since we were traveling with kids, our focus was more on experiences and activities rather than clubs — and Ritik made sure everything was perfectly planned around that. The prices were also very competitive, which was a great bonus!

Once the trip started, we were added to a WhatsApp group with Falak, who checked in daily and ensured everything went smoothly. Our driver and guide, Machan, was amazing — friendly, patient, and really went out of his way to help us, especially since we’re vegetarian. He took us to great restaurants and made sure we covered everything in our itinerary on time.

Everything was organized so well that we had zero stress during the trip — just great memories and lots of beautiful photos to look back on.
