Holidays Crowd has been one of the best travel organizers I have ever come across. From the day of inception till the end of trip, they were throughout in touch with us. From the stay in the best properties till the availability of a car and driver round the clock, everything was so beautifully planned that we didnot had to think about anything. Overall a pleasant experience where we had requested for a complete customized itinerary for our 10 days Bali trip. Although initially there were a couple of to and fro in arriving at a mutually agreeable plan, but post that everything was laid down, with each days' plan.

Also our travel representative partner was available all throughout the trip to answer our queries or take care of our requests. There were a few hiccups with a couple of our planned destinations, but it was resolved instantly by contacting our representative partner. I would personally recommend this travel company if you're looking for reliable travel itinerary to Bali or Vietnam for which they provide exclusive offering. Also would highly suggest to get the itinerary sorted to the minute of details to prevent any confusion during the trip. Once it's documented, it becomes easy to communicate and resolve in case of any problems, which they're very prompt to address.
