I recently traveled to Uttarakhand with a package from Joyful Journey, and I must say the experience was excellent and well within my budget.
From the very beginning, I was in touch with Miss Lavisha Khurana, who guided me patiently through every detail of the tour—covering places, hotels, and sightseeing spots. She customized my package 5–6 times to fit my requirements, always remaining calm, supportive, and responsive. Her dedication built my trust in Joyful Journey even before the trip began.
Once the journey started, Lavisha continued to check in every morning and evening to ensure our itinerary was followed smoothly and that everything went well. This level of care made the trip truly special and memorable.
I am very satisfied with Joyful Journey’s services and will definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and relatives for future travel plans. I also plan to choose them again for my own trips.
The only point I’d like to highlight is regarding the hotel in Mussoorie, Spring Wood. Its location was inconvenient—too far inside from the main road with narrow, steep access roads. Our vehicle couldn’t reach directly with passengers, so we had to climb a steep stretch every morning. Additionally, the beverage prices were double, and this was not communicated beforehand; we only discovered it at checkout. I would suggest Joyful Journey consider alternative hotel options in Mussoorie for future travelers.
Apart from this, the entire package created wonderful memories. Thank you, Lavisha Khurana and Joyful Journey, for making my Uttarakhand trip so special!

We had a wonderful travel experience in Kerala with Joyful Journey Tours and Travels. The hotels were comfortable and well maintained, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and the travel guide was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the trip.
