I have transferred the amount as per demand to book Helitickets through IRCTC for Kedarnath Yatra on 3.5.2025. The Yatra was cancelled by operator due to bad weather. IRCTC has confirmed the cancellation and refunded the amount to the bank account from which booking was made. I called Mr.Sourav Mitra of Jyoti Travels several times. But the call was responded nor the amount is transferred till date even after several request through WA.
