Our travel experience with Kashmir Elysian is very nice, behavior of the car driver Hyder is very good and he always cooperate with us with a smile. The tour coordinator Safia is also help whenever we call her.

Safia reached out to us (maybe we filled a form on some website or enquired at the hotel they have tie ups with)

I explained very quickly what exactly I wanted, all other travel agents tried to argue with our itinerary because it was 6 nights and only srinagar, gulmarg and pahalgam. But she planned a perfect itinerary with all our restrictions and suggested the best possible hotels and gave a quote which is way less for the hotels they are providing. We know that because we already reached out to those hotels. All this happened within less than an hour.

The driver was professional. The car was innova (we opted for innova instead of crysta) but still it was in really good condition and we didn't feel a difference. Driver did not ask for tips or any extra money. He also did not talk us out of what we wanted to do. He acted as a tour guide throughout the trip.

We were very particular about the room categories, which safia made sure are perfect! Eden resorts and peacock house boats (in nigeen lake) are the best! Again when we said nigeen lake many agents didn't care and tried to sell us dal lake boats, but safia picked one of the best stays in nigeen.

Never saw any agents who are so thorough and efficient!

PS: Nigeen lake is very calm but, if you want more vibrant and local vibe, dal lake house boat stay is better, but pick the one which are little away from the main road
