Despite bad weather and restrictions in Kashmir surrounding the 15th August celebrations,  Saquib ji made special customizations in the plan on the fly to ensure that we have the best possible experience. Felt Like Home with Kashmir Travelport

I recently booked a 4N/5D Kashmir package with Kashmir Travelport for myself and my mother, who is a senior citizen with arthritis problems. I was quite worried at first about travel arrangements, comfort, weather, and heating but I’m so glad we chose Kashmir Travelport.

Saquib bhai (the owner of Kashmir Travelport) planned our itinerary with great care. He made sure our trip was comfortable and perfectly suited for my mother’s needs. The hotels (Hotel Alden, Srinagar and The Cedar, Pahalgam) were clean, warm and cozy, food was also good, the car (Toyoyta Etios) and driver (Tahir bhai) were reliable, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged and made affordable.

Saquib bhai also gave us very honest advice about local travel expenses and sightseeing options, which helped us save money. The package rates were very reasonable, especially for a middle-class family like ours.

What really touched us was that Saquib bhai personally came to meet us during our trip. He treated me like an elder brother and ensured my mother was completely comfortable. He followed up everyday for feedback about all services and if we have any other concern.

Our driver, Tahir bhai, was also extremely helpful and patient throughout the trip. He drove safely, helped us wherever needed, and treated my mother with great care and respect. He was also our guide for our trip. Traveling with him felt very comfortable and secure.

Throughout our journey, we met beautiful people of Kashmir (one of the best in India). It was truly a memorable and heartwarming experience for both me and my mother.
We left Kashmir with full hearts and beautiful memories and we hope to visit again someday In Sha Allah.
