We had booked our retreat to Kashmir with 5 nights and 6 days package with Kashmir Water World Tour and Travels. We travelled to Sonmarg, Gulmarg and Pehelgam during the Last day of our stay in Srinagar. During these 6 days we had the best driver and guide Mr. Moh. Yasin, who guided us with the locals and places to visit and introduced us with their local food.. We were pleased and thankful for his warm welcome and generous behaviour. The Hospitality provided in the Kashmir Water World was great. And we are satisfied with our overall experience provided from them. Special thanks to Mr. Moh. Yasin for his overall guidance.

Prior to booking this trip, I approached the experience with significant skepticism. However, following a conversation with Riyaz bhai, he arranged the travel arrangements for us alongside Shiraz bhai and Bilal bhai. Shiraz bhai proved to be an exceptional companion—he consistently entertained us by singing songs 😅 during the journey, curated a remarkable playlist, and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of Kashmir’s landscapes. His personality was notably cooperative, warm, and dynamic.

The extended stays in Pahalgam were made significantly more enjoyable thanks to the unwavering support of both Bilal bhai and Shiraz bhai. During periods of heavy traffic, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, reflecting their commitment to a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Shiraz Bhai extended invaluable assistance by negotiating with union drivers, guiding us to reputable shops for purchasing shawls, suits, saffron, and dry fruits. Departing from Kashmir was challenging, but bidding farewell to Shiraz Bhai was even more difficult. ❤️

We travelled to Kashmir for 7 days and booked 3 taxi through Kashmir water world tour and travels, 2 innova and 1 toyota glanza. Drivers @ Suhaib Reshi, @Sheeraz Ahmed, @Bilal Ahmed were very good and cooperative throughout the journey. They didn't ask for any extra charges for extended hours. Communication was polite. @Reyaz Ahmed is the owner of this agency and he is also very helpful. We missed our train to Srinagar from Jammu so he arranged Tempo traveler for us at Jammu station. Most important the rates are reasonable and there are no extra charges for extended hours. We also requested @Reyaz Ahmed for discount, on given price and he gave us the discount. Another important thing that most tourist feel is a problem that as you board the car, the drivers will take full payment in first few days before the trip ends, however @Reyaz Ahmed committed that we would need to pay all amount when trip ends which builds trust factor. @Sheeraz and @Suhaib also took us for shopping of dryfruits and shawls at reasonable rates. You can trust these guys and they will take care of you and your family. I am satisfied with the Kashmir water world tour and travels. Didn't find anything negative. Full marks and 5 star rating to @Sheeraz bhai , Suhaib bhai and Bilal bhai. Thanks to them for taking good care of us on this trip.

We traveled from Lucknow to Kashmir last week through Kashmir Water World Tour & Travels and our experience was truly wonderful. Everything was well-organized from start to finish. The hotels arranged for us were comfortable and clean, and the vehicle provided was comfortable too and smooth throughout the journey.

Shoutout to our driver Ashraf Bhai, who was extremely professional, drove safely, and was kind and courteous throughout the trip. He guided us to some of the good food spots along the way and shared few interesting facts about Kashmir, making our journey even more memorable.

The only minor downside was the houseboat, which wasn’t as great as expected, but the view of Dal Lake outside from the houseboat looked absolutely beautiful so it's worth experiencing once. The caretaker of the houseboat was extremely kind, cooperative, and attentive to all our requests.

Ifra and KWW team was exceptionally professional and responsive. Whenever we faced any issues, they immediately took care of it, ensuring our trip remained smooth and stress-free.

Overall, we had an amazing and memorable trip. I would highly recommend Kashmir Water World Tour And Travels to anyone planning to visit Kashmir.. their hospitality, coordination, and dedication truly make all the difference!
