We had a magical 5-day, 4-night honeymoon in the Maldives, staying at the stunning Central RasFushi resort. The property was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters, incredible views, and exceptional service. Prateek had arranged an all-inclusive honeymoon package that went above and beyond our expectations – from beautifully done room decorations to a bottle of whiskey as a welcome gift. Every little touch made us feel special, and it truly set the tone for an unforgettable trip.

But where Prateek truly went above and beyond was when our return flight with Indigo got delayed due to a service-wide issue. Flights were being canceled globally, and we were unsure about what to do. But Prateek, who had been there for us every step of the way, immediately sprang into action. Not only did he secure us new flights via SriLankan Airways, but he also made sure we were comfortable throughout the transition, we made a quick use of this situation by making impromptu trip during our 6-hour layover in Sri Lanka. Talk about making lemonade out of lemons! Thanks to his quick thinking, we were able to experience a little bit of Sri Lanka and still catch our flight home stress-free.

His help didn’t stop there—he kept in constant contact, making sure everything went smoothly. Honestly, it felt like having an older brother looking out for us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
