Hi all - I have a really bad experience with Live Holidays with booking to Singapore. They have charged a fortune and have given basic package and have taken all the money in commission. Worst trip ever. When me and my mum reported this on facebook they have deleted our posts and immediately after that I got a whatsapp message from a random number from UAE and he asked about the issue. It was not from Live Holidays business account so I have tried calling them on whatsapp and the person declined my call. I asked his name and he didnt tell and kept asking about the issue. And then he said that the trip is not registered with us - if the trip is not registered with them then on how on earth he got my phone number and my mum's name. When I asked him the same question he put a '.' in the reply and then threathed me that he will report to Google that I am spreading 'fake' news. Have you seen an agent threatening you because you have asked their name to understand if I am speaking to someone or just BOT. Even at the time of booking I tried reaching to deepak kaushik who didnt even bothered to call back after I have called him around 15 times. If your agent will threaten me I will make sure to take a legal action against it. Shame on you treating your customers like this after scamming all their money.

Trip was planned very well, driver was very humble and communicative who also fulfilled services of guide. Charges are economical compare to others players.

I booked air ticket from Live Holidays Dubai office. I found them professional, fare also very good. I recommended Live holidays to many friends. They are also happy..

The worst experience! The worst trip ! You people should shut down your agency. You dont deserve to run a agency n torture prople. I really want to file a suit against your agency for mental harassment. Bt i dont have time to waste on agency like yours. If we only have to study the itinerary so deply then why do we need agency like you to plan. Thank you for such a bad a experience. Now , we ll make sure that we dont trust people like you and make our trip ourself , so that we spend a happy time for which we pay you and which we deserve !!

My worst experience !!! Live holidays booked our hotels in munnar, thekkady, and in kovalam and not of these were even 3 star, they also booked a taxi and charged us 56,000₹ Lumpsum. None of these was 3 star. The last one of Kovalam was not even 1 star. The condition of the room and hotel was very bad. we tried to contact them but they act helpless and ask us to stay in this bad hotel. They act helpless. I request you to plz avoid this agency they cheated us
