Trip for Kashmir was a memorable one . We had a great support from our Driver Mr Bilal from the time he took us from Srinagar Airport. He was a cool n calm Personalty which is always expected by any tourist. Only One drawback and that is we didn't received good hotel accommodation as expected and confirmed through our agent of Lone Tour. Hope next time they will not repeat this mistake.

We visited Kashmir this month travelling to Srinagar , Sonmarg, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. Lone travels organised the itinerary, did all the hotel bookings at short notice and arranged for a car throughout the itinerary for 7 days. Our driver Bilal was outstanding. He is an excellent and safe driver who was very competent in driving through sometimes difficult roads. Also his knowledge of Kashmir is very good as he sometimes took us through side roads where we could experience the beautiful countryside, apple orchards etc. Bilal is a very nice person besides being a competent driver. He is friendly and took us to restaurants helping with the language. And also to other locations off the beaten track, as well as a carpet factory. People like Bilal make the Kashmir experience meaningful and enriching. Strongly recommend him.
