Ibra from the team was involved in the planning stage.Right from the planning stage, she was very patient, responsive, and understood our requirements clearly. She designed a well-balanced itinerary covering all major attractions while also allowing enough time to relax.
All bookings including hotels, transportation, and sightseeing were perfectly managed. The hotels were clean, comfortable, and at great locations. The drivers were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the local areas, which made travelling very smooth and safe.
What really stood out was their support during the trip — they were always available on call or WhatsApp whenever we needed any help or minor changes. Everything went exactly as promised, with no hidden costs or last-minute surprises.
Overall, it was a stress-free, memorable trip, and I felt well taken care of throughout the journey. I would definitely recommend this travel agency to anyone looking for reliable service and a well-planned holiday. Will surely book again for future trips.

I had an amazing 7-day trip with Aijaj Bhai from Lone Tours, and I can truly say he is a wonderful person kind, humble, and incredibly caring. He is the best tour guide one could ever ask for. By the end of the journey, he felt less like a guide and more like a brother.

Kashmir’s beauty is like no other, waking up to snow-capped mountains, serene lakes and gardens was the best experience ever.

2)Sonamarg for the Thajiwas Glacier
3)Pahalgam for the Beautiful Valleys
4)Gulmarg for Breathtaking Gondola ride
5)Dal Lake ofcourse for a superchill houseboat stay and the soothing Shikara ride.

Every single day has turned into an everlasting memory.
