In the stay of House  boat was excellent stay with Room Decoration and honey moon cake. Their insight into customer care and comfort made our trip very exciting. The Manager Ms. Sadaf was such a fine planner that she could understand our smallest requirement and take care of it. She was managing our tour on daily basis taking feedbacks every day. Evening And The assigned driver (Ghazi Bhai) made us feel very comfortable and friendly he took us to the government stores for shopping.

We booked a package of kashmir from maai kashmir for 2 families of 5 night and 6 days and it's worth every penny. Superb hospitality, they take care of you at every place with best service of taxi in Srinagar and best hotels as well wherever u asked for. Special mention to saddaf madam(travel agent) and Sajjad ahmad bhai(taxi driver) both are the biggest help throughout the trip and ur best point of contact. We had an unforgettable experience with them, and one particular incident proved how dedicated and reliable they are. During our visit, we were caught in a heavy snowfall—the first of the season—while on our way to Pahalgam. The road was blocked, and we were stranded 10 km away from the hotel at night, with no other options to proceed. We were a group of 12 members, including 2 infants, and the situation was nerve-wracking.

However, our driver, arranged by Maai Kashmir, went above and beyond to ensure our safety. Despite the harsh weather and dangerous conditions, he stayed with us and made sure we reached the hotel safely. His dedication and calmness during such a difficult time were truly commendable.

We had a 6 day itenary across Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Srinagar and Pahalgam and we managed to even check out Drass, Kargil War memorial and Sinthan top!
