I am writing to share my feedback on the recent trip to Guwahati & Shilong, that we booked with Makemap Tourism. The itinerary was well-planned, and our guide Animesh Das was knowledgeable and engaging. The accommodations were comfortable, and the transportation was smooth. Also, our driver Anujay Mahatta da  provided safe transportation and guidance during the trip. He was professional, reliable, and contributed to a positive travel experience. The overall experience of the trip was excellent, and we would highly recommend this agency to others.

We had booked for 4 night and 5 days north Sikkim package with Makemap Tourism, but due to unforeseen condition (flood & landslide) it was close and as alternate they provide nathula and darjeeling. I must suggest to go with Makemap Tour, one of the best in all over west bengal tourism. We visit with our friends and had a great time. Very affordable, very cooperative, hotels were great the staff and behaviour were marvellous. They are very committed to their guest and go above and beyond to fulfill their guest requirements. Special thanks to Vikash Chaudhary. He was very helpful and delivered the best according the promise he made. Overall it was a great trip with makemap tours.

I recently booked a 4 Nights 5 Days package with Makemap Tourism, which included 2 days in Gangtok and 2 days in Darjeeling — and I must say, it was one of the best travel experiences I've had! Everything was seamlessly planned and executed, thanks to our wonderful tour planner, Bably Choudhary, who ensured every detail was taken care of.

The hotels were comfortable, clean, and offered great service. The food was delicious throughout the trip. Our cab services were punctual and smooth, with friendly drivers who made traveling around even more enjoyable.

What stood out the most was that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing — I just relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The entire trip was stress-free and truly memorable.

Booked 5N 6D tour to North Sikkim including Lachen and Lachung with Make Map Tour & Travels. They are very professional, accomodating and nominal when it comes to economic aspect of planning a tour. Their generosity coupled with quick solutions for situations arising beyond control definitely needs to be praised. We had some problem with respect to the condition of room provided at Lachen homestay, Mr. Vikas Chowdhury went outside his comfort zone to help us change the room immediately with a promise to provide the best room at next destination (which he did ensured). The tourist vehicle & the drivers provided were top notch and very courteous. Overall - 5 on 5 for successfully completing my trip.
