I booked a car for a friends trip covering Siliguri, Darjeeling, Pelling, Gangtok, Lachung, and back to Siliguri. The service provided was excellent, and the drivers were amazing. They were very polite, professional, and cooperative, and they took us to all the sightseeing points comfortably.

The Innova Crysta was well maintained and very comfortable. Ranjit Sir and Sujay Sir were extremely helpful and kind throughout the trip. Our drivers Prashant, Praveen, and another driver, were outstanding and very supportive.

Overall, this is the best car rental service for a Sikkim trip.

We booked  a cab from 23 Rd September  2025 by OnTaxi service. we are senior citizen  and the cab service  provided us was excellent  ,The cab driver Abhishek remained  with us for 6 days
He drives very safely and carefully  The co helped  us in all aspects  like booking tickets of toy train and many more

A fantastic trip with On taxi, we had a planned 5 day vacation; with the service provider to Darjeeling. The On taxi team made the entire trip exiting, thrilling and adventures.  The On time arrival, selection of places to visit, the professionalism of the cab driver and the knowledge of all off beat places by driver was really helpful.
