A big thank you to One World Travel, and especially Saima, who planned our entire pilgrimage trip flawlessly. I took my mum on a spiritual journey to Vaishno Devi and Shiv Khori, and from start to finish everything was handled with absolute care and professionalism.

Saima planned everything end-to-end — flights, airport transfers, local car, and a very comfortable hotel stay at Holiday Inn Katra. The planning was seamless, stress-free, and perfectly suited for a pilgrimage trip, especially when travelling with parents.

The hotel stay was excellent, transport was always on time, and we felt well looked after throughout the journey. It made the whole experience peaceful and memorable, allowing us to focus fully on the pilgrimage rather than logistics.
