One very positive aspect was that they never pushed us to book their own stays or packages, instead giving us complete freedom of choice. The itinerary was flexible and adjusted according to our preferences.

On the first day, we were not satisfied with the room provided. When I informed Mr. Manu, he promptly arranged a much more comfortable room the very next day, which we really appreciated.

If it wasn't for him, our Amritsar visit would have been incomplete.
Dharindar Paji (Agra& Delhi): A true gentleman and a wonderful human being. He wasn't just a driver; he acted as our guide and a supportive brother throughout the Agra & Delhi leg. His warmth and helpful nature made us feel completely at home.

The hotels provided were top-notch and very comfortable. It is evident that Parumala Travels takes great care in selecting their staff and partners, ensuring the safety and happiness of their guests.
