When we were about to return, our  flight got cancelled due to bad weather and we had to stay 2 extra days in Kashmir. Ms. Insha instantly stepped up and arranged everything so we could enjoy our unexpected extended stay to the fullest.

Ahmad bhai, our driver, was polite and knowledgeable and always explained the places before visiting. The trip was smooth, hotels were very good, and we faced no issues at all.

All Services provided by M/s Purewave Travels were excellent, Package Cost was highly reasonable, Coordination was superb. Whenever we had any query, it was politely addressed immediately. Purewave Travels had arranged better facilities than we paid for. Overall experience with M/s Purewave Travels was beyond expectations and would definitely engage the same agency, whenever we plan to visit Kashmir again and recommend others to avail their services. My trip to Kashmir with Purewave Tours and Travels was way beyond my expectation. The hotels were very good and economical. The driver was very punctual and an expert. Overall the experience was incredible. No tension is prevailing here in Kashmir. The situation is well monitored by the authorities. I recommend this travel agency for future Kashmir travellers.
