Overall, this experience was highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and the general disregard for our safety and comfort left us feeling frustrated and unsafe throughout the trip. While I had initially hoped for a smooth and enjoyable experience, this trip has unfortunately been one of the worst travel experiences I've had.

Had an amazing trip  3 Days / 2 Nights trip to Kodaikanal with Pypolo Travels. Everything was well organized, and the entire journey was smooth and enjoyable.
A special thanks to our coordinator,  Rupavathi Mam,for her excellent support, prompt communication, and professional coordination throughout the trip.
The stay at Mr. Valley Homestay was comfortable and perfect for both families and couples.

Recently visited Waynad through Pypolo and I must say that Pypolo team has taken care of everything start from hotel booking to sightseeing. All the arrangements done by Rupa from Pypolo and she was in our contact throught out the tour.. Cab Driver Albin was too good and guided locally for sightseeing. Thanks Pypolo for doing such great arrangement. Kudos!! to Rupa for all her efforts.. highly recommended to all !!

Recently travelled ooty through pypolo. All their arrangements were perfect and it was a pleasant trip. We covered most of the places. Thanks to pypolo, sowkar (Amazing cab driver), Manoj (Who arranged the cabs on time) and Aathirai for making our trip memorable and hassle free.

Everything was well planned by popolo/Rupa.
I really liked the cab and drivers behaviour because this is the thing many times we get disappointed with but this was not the case in this trip.
I will suggest Pypolo if you want your trip to be preplanned and hastle free.
