This year, when we first decided to book a trip to Andaman to unwind after the first wave of COVID was dying down, we were not sure if we plan the trip ourselves or go ahead with MMT/Yatra. To add to that, things were still unclear if hotels/ activities/ islands were open on the Andaman islands or not.

We tried to find it ourselves but something or the other always remained unanswered. That is when my cousin suggested Jaymini. To be honest, we were skeptical to go ahead with him as we neither had planned a trip with him before, nor we were sure about his network.

But on my cousin’s insistence, we went ahead with planning the trip with him, and trust me that was the best decision we took. From day one he was extremely helpful - be it in terms of customization, planning, or execution. My only requirement from him was that since I am going on this trip with my mother, it should be the most comfortable and memorable trip for her. I never had to ask him for anything else as he planned this trip as his own.

We did mention our preferences here and there in terms of choices of hotels, meal plans, room categories, and he happily accommodated all of them with a smile on his face. He even took all the pain when one of our flights got canceled just 2-3 days before the trip.

During the trip as well, he was constantly in touch enquiring if we experienced any issue/difficulties related to anything. His efforts made sure that we have a hassle-free trip from beginning to end.  Thanks to superb planning and seamless execution.

I know, I have taken a lot of time after finishing my trip to write this review since I got busy with work and other stuff but Jaymini never ever let go of the relationship we have built during the entire process. I too intend to keep it that way and is going to have a lot of business together in the future as well.

Excellent! Our best tour operator yet... The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced! The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy and interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly.
