We recently booked our Bali honeymoon trip through Sai Baba Tours and Travels, Chennai, and it turned out to be one of the best travel decisions we made.

Initially, I was a bit hesitant about choosing a travel agency, but after speaking with their team, all my concerns were addressed. Mrs. Selvarani was incredibly helpful in planning and finalizing our itinerary. She patiently listened to our preferences, suggested the best places to visit, and was always available to answer our queries. She stayed in continuous touch throughout the planning process, providing regular updates and timely reminders regarding the visa application, travel documents, and other important requirements. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completely hassle-free.

Another person who deserves special appreciation is Mr. Perumal. Around two days before our trip, he spent nearly an hour explaining every important detail—from airport procedures, documents to carry, currency exchange, SIM cards, packing tips, and other travel essentials. He made sure we were fully prepared before our journey. Even after we reached Bali, he continued checking in with us on WhatsApp to ensure everything was going well. Whenever I had a doubt, he was just a message or call away. That level of care and customer support is truly commendable.

One thing that really impressed me was their flexibility. They initially suggested a hotel, but when I requested a different stay, they happily accommodated my preference without any hesitation. The package was competitively priced, covered almost all the major attractions in Bali, and they gave honest suggestions on which places were worth including and which could be skipped based on our interests.

During the trip, everything went as planned. The hotels were good, the local drivers were punctual, polite, and professional, and the entire itinerary was well coordinated. We faced only one minor issue at one of the hotels where the water supply was unavailable for a few hours in the morning. However, this was purely a hotel issue and not the travel agency's fault. The hotel staff immediately arranged another room for us, and the issue was resolved by the evening.

Overall, our Bali trip was smooth, memorable, and stress-free because of the excellent planning and support from the entire team at Sai Baba Tours and Travels. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers made all the difference.
