Hotel details and cab details were provided in advance.
Due to some immigration delays, Cab person waited for us at the airport. He was nice and well behaved and shared all the info about KL.
Petronas twin tower, Aquaria KLCC and Genting Highland Gandola tickets were provided in advance. Drivers were on time and adjusted with our timings too.
Drivers in Langkawi were good too. They took us in good restaurants for lunch as well as waited for long when we were shopping in duty free.
Overall it was nicely arranged trip for us. Appreciate the effort of Shubham and their teams in KL and Langkawi.
